Where is Same-Day Home Delivery offered?

Same-Day Home Delivery is available to residential street addresses within a fifteen mile radius of our location. 

 

What days do you deliver?

Same-Day Home Delivery is available everyday, excluding Sundays and major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).

 

What are your delivery hours?

Orders are normally delivered daily, between 2 PM and 7:30PM.*

 

What is the order cutoff time for Same-Day Home Delivery?

All orders received by 1:00 PM, will be delivered that day by 7:30 PM. *

 

What if I place my order after the cutoff time?

We will try our best to still make your delivery on the same day. Any delivery orders received after 1:00 PM, may be delivered the following day, (non-holiday or Sunday) by 7:30 PM.* 

 

How much does Same-Day Home Delivery cost?

Same-Day Home Delivery is FREE for all purchases over $50.00.

Any purchase under will be charged a $9.99 fee.

 

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

Yes, orders must be $50.00 or more to avoid a delivery fee.

 

Do I have to be home?

No. We will always knock or ring the bell when arriving with your order. If no one is home, we will place all items neatly and near the front door, as hidden as possible, unless you have provided special instructions during checkout.

Security gate codes?

If you happen to live in a gated community please be sure to provide your up to date gate code so that we can complete your delivery. 

Do you deliver frozen raw food or treats?

Yes. Frozen product is eligible for delivery. It is your responsibility to be timely with receiving your order. We recommend leaving an ice chest on your porch if you will be away. 

 

How do I order for Home Delivery?

 All orders must be placed on our website.  Please select Home Delivery during checkout.

How do I order for In Store Pickup?

 For orders placed on our website.  Please select In Store Pickup during checkout.

Please be prepared to present your drivers license and credit card paid with on transaction for items to be released to you.

Do my online orders qualify for your Frequent Buyer programs?

Yes. All orders placed through our website automatically earn loyalty points. Eligible food purchases will also receive frequent buyer benefits. If you are due for your free product it will be delivered with your next purchase. Free product cannot be delivered without a $50 or more purchase.

How do I return something purchased online?

All returns must be processed in person at our store. 

 

*Rarely, situations out of our control, such as inclement weather or traffic delays, may affect delivery times. We will keep all delivery customers updated during these circumstances.
