Where is Same-Day Home Delivery offered?
Our same-day home delivery service is available to residential street addresses within a 15-mile radius of our pet store location, ensuring fast and convenient delivery of your favorite dog and cat food brands.


What days do you deliver pet food and supplies?
We provide same-day pet food delivery Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
No deliveries on Sundays.

What are the delivery hours for pet food and supplies?
Our delivery window is typically between 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM, providing flexible afternoon and evening options for your dog and cat food orders.*


What is the cutoff time for same-day pet food delivery?
To receive same-day delivery on dog food, cat food, and pet supplies, please place your order by 1:00 PM (excluding holidays and Sundays).


What if I order after the cutoff time?
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next available delivery day, usually by 7:30 PM. We’ll always try our best to accommodate same-day deliveries when possible.


How much does same-day home delivery cost?

  • Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders over $50 of dog and cat food or pet supplies.

  • Orders under $50 will incur a $9.99 delivery fee.


Is there a minimum purchase amount for delivery?
Yes. To qualify for free pet food delivery, your order must total at least $50 before tax.


Do I need to be home for pet food delivery?
No. Our drivers will knock or ring the doorbell upon arrival. If no one is home, we’ll safely place your order near your front door, as discreetly as possible. You can also provide special delivery instructions during checkout.


Do you deliver to gated communities?
Yes! Please provide your up-to-date gate code during checkout to ensure smooth delivery access.


Can I order frozen raw dog food or treats for delivery?
Absolutely! We deliver frozen pet food and treats. To maintain freshness, we recommend leaving an ice chest outside if you won’t be home during delivery.


How do I place a same-day pet food delivery order?
All orders must be placed through our online pet food store. Simply select “Home Delivery” at checkout to choose same-day delivery for your dog and cat food orders.


Do online pet food orders qualify for loyalty and frequent buyer programs?
Yes! Every online order earns loyalty points and eligible pet food purchases apply toward our frequent buyer rewards program. Free products earned through the program will be delivered with your next qualifying order of $50 or more.
