Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, cancellations are treated as returns and subject to return fees.
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached to qualify for return.
Dog & Cat Food: Opened or used pet food (dry kibble, canned, wet pouches, freeze-dried, dehydrated food, treats, supplements) is covered under our Picky Eater Guarantee (see details below).
Defective Items: We replace items only if they are defective due to a manufacturer fault. Products that don’t meet expectations (e.g., behavior collars, repellents) are not considered defective.
Toys: We do not guarantee toys against chewing or destruction; no refunds will be issued for damaged toys. Please contact the manufacturer for toy warranties.
Proof of Purchase: Returns require the original order number or receipt. Email orders@animalnutritioncenter.net to initiate a return.
Sale Items: Sale items are non-refundable. “Buy one, get one free” offers require all items to be returned for full credit.
Return Fees: In-store returns are free. Online returns may incur fees.
Returns accepted within 30 days with a valid register receipt or Customer Loyalty Account record.
Loyalty Program Members have 60 days to return items without a physical receipt if purchased under their Loyalty Account.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
No cash refunds for credit/debit purchases; check refunds take 10 days; store credit offered if no receipt.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Opened or used dog and cat food is eligible under our Picky Eater Guarantee.
Defective items replaced only if manufacturer defect is proven.
No refunds for chewed or destroyed toys.
Promotional or coupon items will be refunded at the sale price.
We understand that sometimes your dog or cat may not like or react well to a new food. Our Picky Eater Guarantee lets you try new dog and cat foods worry-free.
Applies to dry kibble, cans, wet pouches, frozen, refrigerated, freeze-dried, dehydrated foods, treats, and supplements.
Food must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
You can exchange the food for a different product or receive a gift card for the original purchase price.
